***PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accommodate large PARTIES/EVENTS (bachelor parties, weddings, etc..), guests in excess to the original signed lease agreement, smokers or pets. This is a NO SMOKING, PET FREE home. ***if you are a smoker of any kind (including vaping, candles, incense, etc..)- please please do not book our condo.


OCCUPANCY DETAILS
Our condo is perfect for couples, families, friends, and those working remote.
The MAX ADULTS is 4. Or 2 Adults and UP TO 4 SMALL KIDS (NOT TEENAGER/YOUNG ADULT SIZE). Please message owner or contact me to book more than 4 adult guests to make sure the accommodations will fit your needs. We want your stay as comfortable as possible. Please make your reservations accordingly to prevent cancellation with no refund.****Please message owner for any exceptions or clarification on capacity.

Sleeping arrangements - there are only 3 beds (1 king and 2 fulls (not queens). There is NOT a sofa sleeper, futon or air mattress. Please make note of this. Sleeping arrangements are detailed below in the "Bedrooms" section.

Located beachfront in Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta. Close to restaurants, grocery stores (Chedraui), Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, shopping malls, Marina/cruise port, malecon boardwalk, downtown Puerto Vallarta, minutes from the airport.

Full kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, flat screen tv's, ample storage, private secure elevator with code access, free parking, wi-fi internet, cable tv (English/Spanish channels), SmartTV with apps..access to Netflix, etc with your account/login, PlayStation, USB chargers throughout, clean, fully stocked and upgraded luxury condo.

Gated 24 hour security, concierge, oceanfront fitness gym, full service spa with sauna, free parking, three ocean front hot tubs, two onsite restaurants ( breakfast and beach bar), 3 swimming pools -500ft infinity edge, pool side cabanas & chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas, beachfront property- exclusive beach area with chairs, umbrellas, and hammocks. Dining/Kitchen - table seats 4, 2 barstools at the kitchen island. Wine rack with glasses, fully stocked utensils, dishes (glass and plastic), pots and pans and small appliances. Bottled water dispenser. Panoramic views of the ocean all around.

Living Room - 65 in flatscreen wall mounted smart tv with Thunder TV (English/Spanish channels - movies, sports, live tv etc) NETFLIX available using your own account, Blueray/Playstation 3 with games, comfortable sofa (this does NOT have a sleeper nor do we permit this to be used as a bed for extra guests) and oversized chair. Bose bluetooth speaker. Enjoy watching tv or just taking in the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Master Bedroom features 1 king bed (sleeps 2), 2 bedside tables with lamps, iHome docking station, built in closet and drawers, desk work space, flat screen tv with firestick to access streaming apps, beautiful marina views, Master bath includes double sinks, enclosed glass shower with tub, usb charging ports.

Bedroom 2- features 2 full/double beds (sleeps 2-4), perfect for another couple (2 adults), 2 2-3 teenagers or small children. NOTE: THESE ARE NOT QUEEN BEDS, BUT SMALLER. Bedside table with lamp and iHome docking station, desk work space, flat screen tv, built in closet and drawers. Beautiful views of the marina. Bathroom has amazing rain shower and hair dryer, large over sized mirror.

Stackable washer and drying located in the hall closet. Iron/Ironing board (detergent not provided)

Balcony - Large L shaped balcony that wraps around from the living room to the kitchen. Panoramic glass sliding doors that fully open allowing amazing views and fabulous cross breeze. 3 Chaise lounge chairs and a side table for relaxing, a set of 2 cushioned chairs with table.

Getting around

DIRECTIONS: Lic. Gustavo D. Ordaz International Airport (PVR)
From the airport, head south. Follow the main road past the Airport and Cruise ship Terminal on the right. Get in the access road, the Icon will be two street lights ahead on the right. If the taxi driver does not know where the Icon is, tell them The Hilton Puerto Vallarta (it is right next door).

The Icon is located 10 mins (5 miles) from PVR.

From the North: Take Francisco Medina Ascencio Av. towards downtown. Switch to access road at Av. de Las Garzas. The Icon is on the west side. From South: Take Francisco Medina Ascencio Av. towards PVR International Airport. Make a U-turn at Av. de Las Garzas, switch to access road. The Icon is on the west side.

Uber is available in Puerto Vallarta. Taxi and public transportation (Bus) are also available.

GO DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE ICON. The property manager will be tracking the flight arrival time and will plan accordingly to meet you upon arrival at Icon.


*Important* After clearing customs and immigration, proceed through the airport, DO NOT STOP or talk to anyone offering you are ride until you get OUTSIDE the airport. These are timeshare sales, not transportation. Once outside, you can grab a taxi for about $250 PESOS (approx. $20 - USD or less) You will be "ZONE 1". Feel free to contact owner regarding other transportation options/recommendations.


Please understand early check in and/or late check out may not be able to be accommodated and can not be guaranteed.

We do not rent to those under the age of 25. Nor do we rent to party groups, or one person over the age of 25 and the rest being teenagers or young adults. Passports and proof of age are required when booking. All occupants must be registered on the registration form.

. Max adults is 4. Occupancy of 6 is a combination of adults and SMALL children.
House Rules
Overview of Condo/Property Rules
The following are a few guidelines we ask you respect in order to keep our home beautiful for all guests to enjoy:
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes); candles, incense, etc inside condo or on balcony. This will result in cancellation of your reservation
- Please dry your self before entering elevator/condo -floors are extremely slippery when wet
- Wash all sunscreen, oil, lotion, sand, etc off prior to sitting on furniture
- Please do not sit on furniture with wet clothes, bathing suits
- Please do not put dirty, sandy feet on the furniture
- Please turn off all lights and electronics when not in use as electricity is very expensive
- Respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum (all services will be shut off by security for failure to comply; you will have to pay the service fee to have it turned on)
- Do not tamper with door sensors; turn air off when the doors/windows are open for extended periods of time. The entire security deposit will be forfeit if the sensors are tampered with.
-Keep sliding doors closed at all times when not in the condo -high winds and humidity can cause damage.
- Use caution when sleeping with windows/doors open as numerous insects, mosquitos, and bugs come out at night
- Please bring in outside furniture cushions during heavy winds or rain.
- For your safety, watch children around balcony and bedroom windows
- For your safety, Lock doors when you leave
- For your safety, Do not share your elevator codes
- Please use the white beach/pool towels (not bath towels); please do not leave or lose at the pool or beach - there will be a charge to replace them. These are property of our home, not the ICON. They are embroidered with the condo number.

Payment Policy
TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION

Reservations require a 50% down payment at the time of booking to confirm. The balance of the rental plus the refundable security/damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival; (60 days for reservations 14 days or more, Christmas, New Years or Easter reservations). All payments are in USD. If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled. A $500 USD refundable damage deposit will also be required at the time of balance payment. May I suggest sending this as a separate check that I will just hold until checkout. Assuming no damage, I will return to you or shred.

Please complete and sign this Rental Agreement. You will be sent a registration form to complete and return as well.

ICON Vallarta 2-2302 accepts payment via Zelle Pay, debit/credit cards*, personal checks drawn on US bank accounts. A deposit may also be made in the branch at any US Chase Bank.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The security deposit is not applied toward the rental fee. It is fully refundable upon departure, providing the following provisions are met upon checkout and inventory is completed:
* no damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear
* all keys are returned ($40 USD fee per lost key)*if applicable
* no linens or beach towels are lost or damaged ($30 USD per linen or towel)
* no excessive cleaning is required
* Electricity is paid (this is paid directly upon departure) *long term rentals
* no smoking has been done in the condo
* no parties or events were held in the condo

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICIES READ CAREFULLY

For ANY cancellation, a $250 USD NON REFUNDABLE fee will be charged in addition to:

Reservations 1-13 days
Cancel 30 days before check in = 100% money received is refundable
Cancel 29-15 days before check in = 50% money received is refundable
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 14 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Reservations 14 days or more
Cancel 90 days prior to arrival = 100% money received is refundable 

Cancel 60 days prior to arrival, money received is 50% refundable 


THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the owner with the possibility of a credit towards a future stay within the next 365 days. Certain dates may not be applicable. 

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS, EASTER BOOKINGS.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, NO SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS
Any cancellation requests must be IN WRITING and a confirmation of receipt will be issued. Refunds will be issued in USD.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of but not limited to family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.**Trip protection is highly recommended during hurricane season June - October**
